1. Room Reservations & Check-In
Standard Check-In time is 12:00 PM and Check-Out time is 10:00 AM. Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) is mandatory for all guests upon arrival.
2. Wedding & Banquet Booking Policies
Venues (Grand Lawn, Imperial Indoor Hall, Poolside Venue) are locked upon mutual agreement and confirmation with our resort management via Call/WhatsApp. Event organizers must adhere to local municipal noise level rules and resort guidelines.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on booking seasonality and advance notice provided to resort management. Please discuss specific dates directly with our reservation team.
4. Guest Conduct & Property Care
Guests are expected to treat resort property, lawns, and facilities with respect. Any damage to resort property during stays or wedding events will be charged to the booking host.
